Cladding and 80mm insulation are priced as clear percentages of the shell, so you can see what each upgrade costs before committing.
Yes. External decorative cladding is available as an upgrade, priced at 20% of the module shell price. An 80mm insulated panel upgrade is also available at 10% of the shell price.
Yes. Modules can be joined end-to-end to increase length, side-by-side to increase depth, or combined into larger multi-room buildings. This is how larger shower and changing facilities are created from the same module system.
