Quick answer
How much is a four-shower modular building?
Using current simple pricing, a P600 shell (5.9m × 2.2m) is £6,500 + VAT and four showers add £4,000 + VAT, giving an indicative starting calculation of £10,500 + VAT before other project-specific requirements.
What a modular shower block is
A modular shower block is a factory-made building delivered to site as one or more finished modules. Unlike a hired welfare cabin, it is specified for its use: the number of showers, whether people change in the same space, toilets and basins, and the external finish.
Each building starts from one of our standard modules, from 2.9m to 6.9m long and 2.2m wide. Shower blocks for sale on this site are new buildings, not refurbished units.
- 40mm insulated sandwich-panel construction as standard
- 3mm PVC flooring in wet-room areas
- Optional 80mm insulated panels
- Optional external decorative cladding
Portable, but permanent-quality
People often search for portable shower blocks because they want something that arrives ready-made rather than built on site. Our modules are transportable, but they are designed to be used as a lasting facility at a club, campsite, centre or workplace.
From one module to a multi-module complex
Modules can be joined end-to-end to increase length, side-by-side to increase depth, or combined into larger multi-room buildings. That is how the same system covers a two-shower building and a large changing and shower complex.
