Quick answer
Can showers and toilets be in the same modular building?
Yes. Showers and toilet-and-basin units can be combined in the same building. On current pricing each shower adds £1,000 + VAT and each toilet with basin adds £1,500 + VAT to the module shell price.
Two common arrangements
Toilet and shower blocks are usually planned in one of two ways: shared rooms with cubicles (common at sports clubs and workplaces), or individual rooms with their own external doors (common at campsites and glamping sites).
How pricing builds up
The building price starts with the module shell. Showers are £1,000 + VAT each and each toilet with basin is £1,500 + VAT. Layout, plumbing, drainage and site works are confirmed in your quotation.
