Pricing questions

How much does a modular shower block cost?

Module shells start at £3,500 + VAT (P300, 2.9m × 2.2m) up to £7,500 + VAT (P700). Each shower adds £1,000 + VAT and each toilet with basin adds £1,500 + VAT. Final cost depends on layout, delivery, groundworks and services.

How much is a four-shower modular building?

Using current simple pricing, a P600 shell (5.9m × 2.2m) is £6,500 + VAT and four showers add £4,000 + VAT, giving an indicative starting calculation of £10,500 + VAT before other project-specific requirements.

Can the building be externally clad?

Yes. External decorative cladding is available as an upgrade, priced at 20% of the module shell price. An 80mm insulated panel upgrade is also available at 10% of the shell price.

Can multiple modules be joined together?

Yes. Modules can be joined end-to-end to increase length, side-by-side to increase depth, or combined into larger multi-room buildings. This is how larger shower and changing facilities are created from the same module system.

What flooring is used in wet areas?

Wet-room areas use 3mm PVC flooring. Composite flooring is generally standard elsewhere where appropriate.
